Rêve menstrual underwear is highly absorbent and leakproof, with a capacity to absorb up to 5 tsp. This is the equivalent of 5 tampons of liquid. Our period underwear can be worn all day long, even on heavy days. For very heavy flow, we still recommend you to pair your underwear with the Rêve menstrual cup for a better comfort. 

Our underwear is made of chemical-free organic cotton. We recommend you to rinse and hand-wash them first to remove any excess liquid. They can be laid flat to air or tumble dry in the dryer. It is also safe to directly put them in the washing machine and dryer. For better results, use cold water and mild detergent in the washing machine, and tumble dry on low. Do not use softener, bleach, or iron.
